About Your Hosts

Danielle Chiasson is a serial entrepreneur known for her work in the field of real estate investing in residential re-development and rental housing. Danielle fills her days with her coaching program, speaking engagements and has just launched her online educational platform.
Kory MacKinnon, a former Corporate Trainer, Kory found his passion for real estate investing in his late teens after reading David Chilton’s book The Wealthy Barber.  However, lack of knowledge, systems and trusted mentors kept him from pulling the trigger on his first property until he was 30 years of age.  As the saying goes, the seed was planted and from that day forward, Kory used two decades of business experience to turn his lucrative real estate side hustle into early retirement.

Spencer Giles and Ashley Antidormi, Niagara-based real estate investors and entrepreneurs, specialize in STRs and own a 6-plex out East. They co-founded Travelluxe Inc., managing nearly 50 properties across Canada. Leaving corporate jobs to focus on their ventures, their biggest success lies in the growth and scale of Travelluxe Inc. In their professional and personal lives, they share a love for travel, fitness, and dogs. Brianne Hamilton, co-owner of Junction House Getaways and Junction House Rentals, is an experienced real estate investor, short-term rental host, and strategist. With over 20 years of corporate experience in publishing and finance, she contributes expertise in various fields, including communications, strategy development, PR, marketing, social media, project management, process improvement, and finance. Brianne has presented on topics such as short-term rentals, covering hosting practices, marketing, co-hosting business, and property selection. Her presentations are customized to suit the specific requirements of each event. Kasey Wong, a co-founder and Managing Member of Cacoeli, is responsible for overseeing the company’s acquisition analysis, business development activities, and asset management. He also jointly directs the overall investment strategy, bringing over 22 years of leadership and management experience.
