Meet the Host of Mortgage Update
Launched in 2017 as A Game Investments, the business began with flipping houses, short term rentals, conversions of small multi-family homes, and buy & holds. During the last 3-years the business has evolved into a land development and land assembly company. This massive evolution has also welcomed the new brand Lionheart Development. The goal of the organization is to find properties and/or land while determining the highest and best use of the land. This is done with their team of architects, planners, and builders. Additionally, the company negotiates financing with vendors and raises capital through investors in order to capitalize on the best rate of return on each project. Lionheart Development specializes in taking projects from raw land to a place where people can call home with multiple exit strategies throughout the project.
